Being in sales for over 15 years, I have learnt a lot! The good, the bad and the ugly! I have worked with all different sizes of businesses from large multi million dollar companies through to start ups who are getting going in many different industries!
When I was taught to sell many years ago it was all about pain points... It never felt comfortable and I was so focused on closing a sale that I never really saw the person I was selling to.
Selling from a fear based angle left me feeling burnt out and lost my passion! I was sick of chasing the dollar! There was no real purpose behind it! It didn't light me up.
I wanted to figure out a way that I could sell, but from a caring, connected and conscious space so it wasn't only about the money!
I have now put everything I have learnt into a framework that focuses on the customer. It feels exciting and provides an opportunity to build a create connected relationships. My clients often become friends and I love working with them!
The businesses I work with range from real estate, FMCG, health and fitness, vitamins and supplements, personal development, motor vehicles, legal services, dental industry as well as online social media and marketing. One of the things they all have in common though, is that they want to know how to sell their products and services in a consistent, predictable and authentic way!
As well as delivering more than $7 million in sales, I have trained and managed multiple sales teams and have established and implanted sales and negotiation skills in several Australian and multinational organisations, so I have a very clear process on what works and what doesn't.
